So wie ich das verstanden habe ist die KE schon abgeschlossen

Verkauft ja und in einer woche dann aktiv

Weiß jemand wie man an so einem Placement in der Zukunft teilnehmen kann? Wer genau wird da gefragt und warum bin ich nicht mit dabei?😄

Also unter den ersten 10 bin ich nicht, aber nah dran. Was genau ist ein sophisticated investor? Wer definiert das? Die Firma selber? Oder gibt es da Standards?

Parkway Corporate Limited (“Parkway” or the “Company”) (ASX: PWN, FSE: 4IP) is pleased to announce it has received firm commitments to raise $2.25 million via the placement of 250,000,000 shares at $0.009 per share (the “Placement”), which will be issued within existing capacity under Listing Rule 7.1. The Placement price is the same as the last closing price of $0.009 on 10 May 2024

Letzte KE bei 0.014$ bin wirklich gespannt für was diese kommt und zu welchen Preis. Wenn es 0.008 sind wird er Kurs wohl bald bei 0.006 stehen
